# Get Competency Library

`GET /api/competencies/library`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.thebetterhire.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get all competencies available to the organization.
Includes system defaults (is_system_default=true, org_id=NULL)
and organization-specific competencies.

## Query parameters

- `category` string, nullable: Filter by category
- `include_system` boolean: Include system default competencies
- `include_inactive` boolean: Include inactive competencies
