# Start Run

`POST /api/campaign/run`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.thebetterhire.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Kick off a scout+build in the background (the console 'Run scout'
button). Returns immediately; the UI polls /run/status. 409 if a run is
already in flight — one at a time.
