(Re)generate an account's sample interview.

The recovery path the deferred-hero design was missing. A hero is not
guaranteed on the first try — the criteria deliberately reject a candidate
with no visible weakness, because a uniformly-strong sample shows the
product discriminating nothing — and generation can also lose its worker
mid-flight. Either way the account sat at "generating…" with nothing to
press.
