`GET /api/ai-review/interview/{interview_id}`

Stored AI review for an interview's metadata.

SECURITY: the old Next.js route (app/api/interviews/[id]/ai-review) was
UNAUTHENTICATED and scoped only by interview id — anyone with an interview
UUID could read candidate name/email + the AI review across ANY org. This
endpoint requires auth and scopes by the caller's organization_id.
