`POST /v1/billing/webhook`

## Request

Handle Stripe webhook events.

IMPORTANT: This endpoint does NOT require authentication.
Instead, we verify the webhook signature using Stripe's signing secret.

Handles events:
- checkout.session.completed: User completed checkout, activate subscription
- customer.subscription.updated: Subscription details changed
- customer.subscription.deleted: Subscription cancelled
- invoice.paid: Invoice payment succeeded
