`POST /v1/apps/{listing_id}/studio/sprite`

AI sprite/character for the Studio's Sprites tab (SPEC §3.5). Requests
a plain background the client can key/composite freely, caches by
content hash under studio-sprites/{workspace_id}/. Not credit-gated —
same dedicated fal sub-limiter as studio_scene.
