`POST /v1/apps/{listing_id}/go-live`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.theagentc.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Promote a draft (unreleased) app to LIVE by linking its App Store URL.
Resolves the Apple id, then runs the same ingest as a live app — keeping the
screenshots/brand you already uploaded to the draft (ingest merges, not wipes).

## Path parameters

- `listing_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- GoLiveRequest: Promote a draft (unreleased) app to live by linking its App Store URL. Ingest then fills in store metadata/reviews while keeping uploaded screenshots.
  - `app_store_url` string, required: App Store URL or bare numeric Apple app id
