`GET /v1/apps/{listing_id}/assets`

## Request

This app's finished creatives (newest first) with freshly-signed URLs —
the per-app gallery. Only ``ready`` assets; pending/failed are hidden.
Image assets still missing a thumbnail get one generated in the background
(bounded per request) so the next load serves the small webp.
