`GET /v1/models`

List all available models in the OpenAI-compatible format. Use with any OpenAI SDK or client that discovers models via GET /v1/models.

      - `output_cost_per_1m` number, required: Price per 1M output tokens (USD), including the service fee.
      - `price_source` string, required: Where the price came from: 'openrouter', 'litellm' or 'fallback'.
