Асинхронная выгрузка по прайсу выгрузок. Оплата только кредитами (402, если не хватает).
Idempotency-Key (до 128 символов): повтор с тем же ключом в течение суток отдаёт ту же выгрузку,
а не создаёт новый заказ.
