Answers {success, meta, indicator, diagnostics} at the top level (no data wrapper)

  - `success` true, required
  - `meta` object: The compiled script's schema (inputs, plots).
  - `indicator` object: The same schema as meta, kept for older clients.
  - `diagnostics` object[]
