# Delete a registered wallet

`DELETE /api/v1/wallets/{walletId}`

Deletes a wallet registered by the authenticated owner and stops syncing its transactions. Its addresses can be registered again afterwards.

- `401`: Unauthorized - expired API key
- `403`: Forbidden - missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Not Found - wallet not found or access denied
- `429`: Too Many Requests - rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - wallet service unavailable or unexpected failure
- `503`: Service Unavailable - wallet service temporarily unreachable
