`GET /v1/orgs/{orgId}/integrations/linear/routes`

Lists which Tessl project each Linear team's deliveries run in, for the organization's Linear connection. A `linearTeamId` of `*` is the catch-all for teams without a route of their own. Deliveries from teams with no route are ignored. `meta.revision` identifies this set of routes; a save sends it back as `expectedRevision`.
