`POST /v1/orgs/{orgId}/domain-verification`

Generates a WorkOS Admin Portal link for adding and verifying the org's email domains. The link is single-use and expires after about 5 minutes. Restricted to org admins on a plan that grants the `sso` entitlement (Business and Enterprise); returns 403 otherwise.
