`POST /experimental/schedules/{id}/move-to-repo`

Opens a pull request that adds an app-defined loop to its project's tessl.json, creating the file when the repository has none. When the pull request merges, the next sync turns the app loop into the loop the file declares, keeping its runs. Returns 200 with the loop's pull request when one is already open, and 201 when it opens one. Needs Tessl App on the repository's GitHub account.
