List of contracts available to the authorized customer

- object[]: Item for ContractList, contains contract status and basic information
  - `contract_id` string: ID of the ontract
  - `status` string: Status of the contract
  - `template_id` number: Template id of the contract
  - `primary_agreement` string: Primary agreement name of the contract
