# Update profile

`PUT /profile`

Update the current user's profile.

## Request body

- object — The user's updated profile information.
  - `name` string, nullable — Name of the user.
  - `email` string, nullable — Email address of the user.

## Response `200`

Updated user profile information.

  - `data` Profile, required — A Terminal shop user's profile. (We have users, btw.)
    - `user` User, required — A Terminal shop user. (We have users, btw.)
      - `id` string, required — Unique object identifier. The format and length of IDs may change over time.
      - `name` string, nullable, required — Name of the user.
      - `email` string, nullable, required — Email address of the user.
      - `fingerprint` string, nullable, required — The user's fingerprint, derived from their public SSH key.
      - `stripeCustomerID` string, required — Stripe customer ID of the user.

## Other responses

- `404` — User profile not found.
