Receive one Shopify webhook delivery, return the translated result.

The body is read **once** via ``await request.body()`` and then
passed as-is to the receiver. Do not call ``await
request.json()`` or anything else that might re-encode it —
the HMAC signature Shopify computed is over the exact bytes
they sent, so any normalization would silently break
verification.
