# Get Executed Actions

`GET /api/v1/decisions/executed`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://teraads.co` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Return actions executed by the midnight engine.

Shows only decisions that were actually pushed to Facebook —
i.e. decision_lineage rows where executed_at IS NOT NULL.
Grouped by decision_window (each midnight batch).

This replaces the old 'Tomorrow's Budget Plan' — showing
what Opus ACTUALLY did, not what it planned to do.

## Query parameters

- `days` integer: Lookback days (1 = last night only)
- `brand_id` string, required
