`GET /v1/repos/events`

Long-lived `text/event-stream`. Emits `event: index-status` frames whose `data` is `{repoId,status,error,lastIndexedSha}` for the caller’s org, plus a heartbeat comment every ~25s. Consume with a credentialed `EventSource`.
