`GET /agents/tools`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api/v1` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/v1/agents/tools`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

返回编辑器可勾选的内置工具（含分组和知识库能力要求）、工具列表未设置时生效的默认工具，以及由开关控制、写入工具列表也不生效的工具

      - `danger` boolean: Danger marks tools that modify content, which the editor highlights.
