# Create AWS key

`POST /business/aws-keys`

## Request

Creates a new AWS (Amazon Web Services) key in the business of the current user.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required: A name for the AWS key.
  - `access_key` string, required: The AWS access key.
  - `secret_key` string, required: The AWS secret key.

## Response `200`

Returned if Tenable Attack Surface Management successfully created the AWS key.

- object
  - `id` number: The ID of the newly created AWS key.
  - `aws_user_arn` string: The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the user.

## Other responses

- `401`: Returned if you do not have permissions to create an AWS key.
- `500`: Returned if an internal error occurred in Tenable Attack Surface Management.
