`GET /v1/pbx/dictionary`

GET /v1/pbx/dictionary?domain=hotel|pbx_provider|insurance|finance|energy|automotive|all (legacy otel|santral_firmasi|sigorta|finans|enerji|otomotiv|msp still accepted). Idle $0, no LLM. Synonyms feed archive search (match crumbs) and transcript Fact extraction. Write path: POST /v1/pbx/dictionary/add.

In the GET form every field is a query parameter; object and array fields are JSON-encoded.
