# Add Chat Share

`POST /agent/chat/{chat_id}/share/add`

Let a group, or one person by email, view the chat.

Only the chat's owner can share it, and a share only ever lets its grantee
read the chat, never send messages in it. A group must be one the owner
manages; an email must belong to a Tellers user.

- ChatShareRequest: One grantee of a chat: exactly one of ``group_id`` or ``email``.
