# Get a session's audit

`GET /v1/scribe-sessions/{id}/audit`

## Request

Get the clinical-quality audit for a scribe session.

Returns the weighted `score` (0..1), the qualitative `grade`, the per-section
breakdown, and the rubric the audit was scored against. Returns `404` when the
session has no audit — audit is disabled for it, or has not run yet.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: The session to look up — either your consultationInternalId, or the session id (ss_...) the API returns.

Successful Response

- AuditResponse: A scribe session's clinical-quality audit.
  - `id` string, required: Stable audit identifier.
  - `score` number, nullable: Weighted total quality score, 0..1.
  - `grade` string, nullable: Qualitative grade of the score.
  - `reviewStatus` string, nullable: Human-review state: 'pending', 'inReview', or 'reviewed'.
  - `origin` string, nullable: How the audit was created (e.g. 'scribe').
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, nullable
  - `configuration` AuditConfigurationRef: The rubric an audit was scored against.

    - `version` string, nullable
  - `sections` AuditSection[]: Per-section scores with their labels.
    - `name` string, required: Section key of the rubric.
    - `label` string, required: Human-readable section label.
    - `score` number, required: Section score, 0..1.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request — invalid parameters, validation failures, or missing fields.
- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Forbidden — the API key is not allowed to perform this operation.
- `404`: Not Found — the requested resource does not exist.
- `503`: Service Unavailable — an external dependency is down.
