# Read a descendant page of a share

`GET /api/share/{token}/page/{page_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://telawiki.com`
- URL: `https://telawiki.com/api/share/{token}/page/{page_id}`
- Auth: none required

Only for shares created with `include_descendants`. A page outside the shared subtree answers 404 exactly like a missing one.

The page.

    - `id` integer, required
    - `title` string, required
    - `body` string, required: Canonical markdown.
    - `updated_at` string, required: `YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS` in UTC.

## Other responses

- `400`: `invalid_id` — a path parameter was not a positive integer.
- `401`: `password_required` — this share is password-gated; call `POST /api/share/{token}/auth` first.
- `404`: `not_found`.
- `500`: `internal` — server error.
