# What changed since a date

`GET /v1/rules/changes`

Rules added, changed or removed on or after ``since``, one item per ruleset version,
oldest first. The first version indexed is the starting point, not a change.

## Query parameters

- `since` string, required: The first day to include (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `state` string, nullable: A two-letter state code. Rules that apply in every state are included and marked all_states.
- `capability` string, nullable: A ruleset id (deposit-settlement) or capability.
