## Request

Render the 'get an account' landing the signed referral points at.

Validity is computed exactly as before (the signed referral is verified, unchanged);
only the presentation is upgraded to the Signal system. A valid link renders the
conversion moment with the service name resolved from the adapter's enrolled domain
(sanitized); an invalid/expired link renders a calm, do-this-next page.
