`GET /account`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.teetra.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Render the subscriber's account landing page for Customer Portal returns (REQ-215).

When authenticated (Bearer token or cookie session), queries active subscriptions,
tier allowances, and usage metrics via `op_account`. When unauthenticated, renders
an honest empty/sign-in cockpit.
