Connection and buffer stats for the live story stream. No auth. Served with Cache-Control: no-store so counts are always current.

## Response `200`

Current stream status

- object
  - `sseConnected` integer: Open SSE connections
  - `wsConnected` integer: Open WebSocket connections
  - `bufferSize` integer: Events currently in the replay ring buffer (max 500)
  - `lastEventId` string, nullable: Newest buffered event id, or null when the buffer is empty
