# Catalog summary with filterable dimensions

`GET /v1/catalog/summary`

Return the catalog's filterable dimensions — manufacturers, equipment types, document types, and equipment families — each with a manual count. Supports optional filters for cascading dropdown UIs: when a filter is provided, all dimension counts are scoped to manuals matching that filter. No authentication required. Unfiltered requests cached for 60 seconds.

## Query parameters

- `equipment_family` string, nullable: Filter to manuals with this equipment family
- `manufacturer` string, nullable: Filter to manuals from this manufacturer
- `equipment_type` string, nullable: Filter to manuals for this equipment type
- `document_type` string, nullable: Filter to manuals of this document type
