# Import time entries in bulk

`POST /time-entries/batch`

## Request

Up to 100 entries per call, each shaped like the single create (including userId for admins and externalId). Partial success: 207 with one result per item, 201 created, 409 DUPLICATE_EXTERNAL_ID already imported (its externalId is taken; the existing id is returned), 4xx for an item the call got wrong. Re-running an import with the same externalIds never duplicates. Honours Idempotency-Key.

Requires the `data:write` token scope.

- `403`: Blocked by role, token scope, module grant, or org policy
- `404`: Entity missing or outside the principal’s access
