Return content-free lifecycle evidence for the exact current agent grant. `active` requires both a finalized governed understanding read and an accepted `team0.agent_conversation.turn.v1` contribution from credentials and a registered source bound to this grant. Grant/key creation and MCP discovery are not activation evidence. This proves the adapter delivered both lifecycle sides; it does not prove that a particular turn produced a semantic fact or is already available on readback.
