# Get a Terms of Service agreement by id

`GET /terms_of_service/agreements/{agreement_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.telnyx.com/v2`
- URL: `https://api.telnyx.com/v2/terms_of_service/agreements/{agreement_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieve a single ToS agreement record. Returns `404` if the agreement does not exist or does not belong to the authenticated user.

- `agreement_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Agreement.

- TosAgreementWrapped
  - `data` TosAgreement, required: A recorded user agreement to a product's Terms of Service. The `user_id` is intentionally NOT echoed back on this public surface - the caller already knows their own identity.
    - `id` string, uuid: The unique identifier of this recorded agreement.
    - `terms_version` string: The version of the terms you accepted.
    - `version` string: Convenience alias of `terms_version`. Both keys are present on every response.
    - `product_type` 'branded_calling' | 'number_reputation': Telnyx product the Terms of Service apply to.
    - `agreed_at` string, date-time: When you accepted this version of the terms.
    - `created_at` string, date-time: When this agreement record was created.

## Other responses

- `default`: An error occurred. The response carries the standard Telnyx error envelope.
- `4XX`: An error occurred. The response carries the standard Telnyx error envelope.
