`GET /legacy_reporting/usage_reports/number_lookup`

Retrieve a paginated list of telco data usage reports

      - `aggregations` TelcoDataAggregation[]: List of aggregations by lookup type
        - `type` string: Type of telco data lookup
        - `total_dips` integer: Total number of lookups performed
        - `total_cost` number: Total cost for this aggregation
        - `currency` string: Currency code
      - `record_type` string: Record type identifier
    - `record_type` string: Record type identifier
