# Get phone-number reputation settings for an enterprise

`GET /enterprises/{enterprise_id}/reputation`

Phone Number Reputation tracks how your outbound caller-IDs are perceived (spam risk, engagement, etc.) across the call-screening ecosystem. This endpoint reads the enterprise-level settings: whether the product is enabled, the refresh cadence, and the stored Letter of Authorization document id.

Returns `404` if reputation has never been enabled for this enterprise.

    - `status` 'pending' | 'approved' | 'deleted' | 'rejected': Lifecycle status of the enterprise's Phone Number Reputation activation.
    - `check_frequency` 'business_daily' | 'daily' | 'weekly' | 'biweekly' | 'monthly' | 'never': How often Telnyx refreshes the stored reputation data for this enterprise's registered numbers.
    - `loa_document_id` string, nullable: Id of the signed LOA document.
    - `loa_status` 'pending' | 'approved' | 'rejected': Customer-facing Letter-of-Authorization verification state. `approved` is required (alongside reputation status) before phone numbers can be added.
    - `rejection_reasons` string[], nullable: Populated when `status` is `rejected`.
    - `external_verification_status` 'pending' | 'approved' | 'rejected': Review state of the ownership proof that allows adding phone numbers hosted with another provider.
    - `webhook_url` string, uri, nullable: HTTPS URL that receives number-ownership webhook events for this enterprise.
    - `created_at` string, date-time
    - `updated_at` string, date-time
