# Delete a collection

`DELETE /ai/collections/{uuid}`

Soft-deletes a collection. Its `slug` is freed and may be reused by a new collection.

## Path parameters

- `uuid` string, uuid, required

## Response `204`

Collection deleted.

## Other responses

- `401` — Missing or invalid authentication.
- `404` — The requested resource does not exist.
