# Number removed for an ownership reason

`POST numberReputationNumberRemoved` (webhook)

A monitored number was removed from reputation monitoring because its ownership could not be kept verified. Removing a number yourself with `DELETE` does not send this event.

Sent to the enterprise's ownership webhook URL (`PATCH /enterprises/{enterprise_id}/reputation/webhook`). This webhook uses Telnyx headers (telnyx-timestamp, telnyx-signature-ed25519) that are compatible with Standard Webhooks specification for SDK generation. Custom validation logic can map these to standard webhook-timestamp and webhook-signature equivalents. See https://github.com/standard-webhooks/standard-webhooks for details.

## Headers

- `telnyx-timestamp` integer, required
- `telnyx-signature-ed25519` string, required

## Payload

- NumberReputationNumberRemovedEvent
  - `data` object, required
    - `record_type` 'event', required
    - `id` string, uuid, required: Identifies the event; the same id is reused if the event is redelivered.
    - `occurred_at` string, date-time, required
    - `event_type` 'number_reputation.number.removed', required
    - `payload` object, required
      - `record_type` 'reputation_phone_number', required
      - `phone_number` string, required
      - `enterprise_id` string, uuid, required
      - `source` 'telnyx' | 'external', required: Where the phone number is hosted. `telnyx`: in your Telnyx inventory. `external`: a number you own that is hosted with another provider.
      - `ownership_status` 'removed', required
      - `removal_reason` 'ported_away' | 'unconfirmed_ownership' | 'reassigned' | 'customer_reported', required: `ported_away`: you confirmed you no longer own it after a carrier change. `unconfirmed_ownership`: the confirmation deadline passed. `reassigned`: the number was reported as permanently disconnected. `customer_reported`: you reported that you no longer own it. Removing a number yourself with `DELETE` sends no event.
      - `removed_at` string, date-time, required
  - `meta` object, required
    - `attempt` integer, required
    - `delivered_to` string, uri, required
