# Delete a room recording.

`DELETE /room_recordings/{room_recording_id}`

## Request

Synchronously deletes the specified video room recording. The recording's media is removed permanently.

## Path parameters

- `room_recording_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `204`

The resource was deleted successfully.
