Successful Response

- SteepOutline: A page's outline as the journey captured it.
  - `content_sha` string, required: The outline's id within the journey.
  - `text` string, required: The outline, one element per line.
  - `line_count` integer, required: How many lines it has.
  - `changed_line_count` integer, nullable, required: How many lines this outline put in place of lines of the outline it edits, 0 when it only removed lines; null for an outline captured whole.
