# Start signing in to a new MCP server

`POST /api/v1/org-mcp-servers/sign-ins`

Starts adding a server by signing in to it: send the person to
sign_in_url; the sign-in returns to the dashboard's callback page.

  - `display_name` string, nullable: Not read here; the dashboard passes it to the completion.
