`GET /api/v1/mcp-connections`

Your connected AI tools, and any still owing a sign-out; every member's
live ones for holders of member.manage.

  - `user_id` string, uuid, required: The member who connected the tool.
  - `oauth_client_id` string, required
  - `client_name` string, required: The name the tool registered under.
  - `tools` string[], required: The tools it may call that teaflask still offers.
  - `usable_tools` string[], required: The choosable tools its member's current role can give an AI tool; a stored tool outside them is off until the role allows it.
  - `new_tools` string[], required: Choosable tools teaflask added since its member last chose; they stay off until the member ticks them.
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required
  - `last_used_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
  - `revoked_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
  - `sign_out_pending` boolean, required: Disconnected, but the tool may still hold its sign-in; its member finishes the sign-out by disconnecting it again.
