`GET /api/v1/billing/spend`

## Request

This calendar month's model spend only (from midnight UTC on the 1st
to now; earlier months are not available), by kind of agent and split
by who paid: the prepaid balance, the organization's own provider keys,
or visitors' connected AI subscriptions. Amounts are in microusd.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SpendResponse: This calendar month's model spend by kind of agent, plus totals.
  - `window_start` string, date-time, required: The start of the window: midnight UTC on the 1st of the current month. The window runs to now.
  - `rows` AgentKindSpendView[], required: One row per kind of agent that ran this month, biggest spender first.
    - `agent_kind` string, required: The kind of agent, as a stable key.
    - `label` string, required: The kind of agent, in words.
    - `balance_microusd` integer, required: What the prepaid balance paid. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).
    - `byok_microusd` integer, required: What the organization's own provider keys paid. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).
    - `end_user_subscription_microusd` integer, required: What visitors' own connected AI subscriptions paid. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).
    - `total_microusd` integer, required: Everything charged, whoever paid. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).
  - `balance_microusd` integer, required: What the prepaid balance paid in total. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).
  - `byok_microusd` integer, required: What the organization's own provider keys paid in total. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).
