# Sukurti įkėlimą / Create upload

`POST /api/agent/v1/tools/create_upload`

## Request

- Auth: OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://app.taxmeter.lt/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://app.taxmeter.lt/oauth/token`, scopes: `prepare`)

Create a single-use upload for a selected PDF/JPEG/PNG in a permitted month. Prefer this for files above 64 KB. PUT the declared bytes with the returned headers. No Authorization header is needed. Keep the upload URL private. Upload within 10 minutes; maximum 10 MB and 20 open uploads. Uploads are bound to the creating grant, declared bytes, filename and month.
