`POST /api/sdi/webhook/{provider}/{token}`

Authenticate one delivery, log its receipts, move the invoices they name.

Successful Response

- WebhookAck: What the provider gets back — a count, never a document's contents.
  - `received` integer, required: Receipts decoded out of this delivery.
  - `applied` integer, required: Receipts matched to an invoice and logged.
  - `unknown` integer, required: Receipts naming a provider id we do not hold.
