# Dismiss Notification

`POST /api/autopilot/notifications/{notification_id}/dismiss`

Put a notification away for good.

Permanent by design: the row keeps its dedupe key, so the next read's upsert
finds it and writes nothing. That is what "dismiss" means to the user, and
re-raising the reminder tomorrow would be the bug.
