A worksheet to retype into home banking: the stored row's four fields per
line, the total the bank will debit, and a footer naming the document each
field was read from. Nothing is recomputed — the amounts are the ones
``GET /f24`` already proposed, printed verbatim, so the page can never
disagree with the list it was opened from.

404 for an unknown id **and** for somebody else's, exactly as
``/mark-paid``: telling them apart would be an oracle for which ids exist.
A ``confirmed_paid`` row still prints — that copy is what a user checks a
bank statement against.

422 covers the two ways a stored row cannot be printed truthfully: a tax year
the table does not cover (``params_for`` never substitutes a neighbouring
year's codes) and a ``kind`` no document accounts for. Both are refusals to
print an uncited code, not failures to render.
