# Get the default notification template

`GET /v4/subscription/template/default`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tatum.io`

- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

/v4/subscription/template/default

Get the default notification template for the current API key. This template is used for alerts that do not have an explicit `templateId` set.

## Response `200`

OK

- DefaultNotificationTemplate
  - `templateId` string, required: The resolved default template ID for the current API key.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized. Not valid or inactive subscription key present in the HTTP Header.
- `500`: Internal server error. There was an error on the server during the processing of the request.
