Create a project in a team

## Request body

Successful Project creation

  - `item` Project, required
    - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the project. An alphanumeric string that is 16 characters long.
    - `name` string: The project’s name or title.
    - `icon` object, nullable: The project’s emoji icon, when one is set. Null when the project has no icon.
      - `type` 'emoji', required
      - `value` string, required
    - `completed` boolean: True when the project itself is marked complete. This flag does not track task progress, and it is unrelated to archiving.
