# List assignable people

`GET /users`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://tasg.app/api/v1`
- URL: `https://tasg.app/api/v1/users`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Must be scoped: `project_id` returns that project's active members (max 50); otherwise `workspace_id` returns people in the workspace (max 20). Unscoped calls return an empty list by design: there is no global directory.

## Response `200`

People.

    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `full_name` string, required
    - `avatar_url` string, uri, nullable
    - `email` string, email, required
    - `job_role` string, nullable: Free-text job role, e.g. `Commercial Director`.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired or revoked credentials.
- `403`: Authenticated, but not allowed: not a member, insufficient project role or the API token lacks the required scope.
- `429`: Rate limited. Back off and retry after the window in the `RateLimit-*` headers.
